Yoga & Water

SUP Yoga Class (1.5 hours)


($35 if you bring your own board)

June 24th (8am-9:30am) Morning Class

July 27th (7:30pm-9pm) Sunset & Full Moon Class

August 18th (8am-9:30am) Morning Class

Yoga without the limits of walls….Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is totally suitable and fun for beginners. Even if you’ve never done yoga or been on a board before! Expect to leave feeling strong, centered, and relaxed. 

Our day will start with a brief SUP lesson to help those that are new find their way around a paddleboard. We’ll find a good place to anchor and class will flow very much like a regular yoga class. Look forward to getting a little paddling in, a strong yoga practice, and having a great adventure on the water! 

These classes are taught by Liz Wilhelm and/ or Cara Edwards. Liz Wilhelm is an ACA Certified SUP Instructor, and has been with Blue Waters Kayaking since 2010. Cara Edwards has been a Yoga Instructor since 2010, and is the founder of Embrace Wonder Yoga. Both Liz & Cara have completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and are a blast to be around.
