Celebrate the beauty of the bay & treat yourself with our newest offering – Kayaking + Beach Yoga. Join us for a unique opportunity to blend the adventure of sea kayaking with the restorative nature of Yoga, out in the fresh air of Tomales Bay!
Our day will start off at Miller Boat launch where your guides will get you outfitted and oriented for a day on the water. We will spend the first part of the trip exploring the rich marine environment around and near Hog Island as we make our way across Tomales Bay to the Point Reyes National Seashore. Once on the west side of the bay we will find a secluded beach to stop on. At the beach we will enjoy a one hour asana practice to stretch out our paddling muscles and relax our minds, before making our way back to the county boat launch.
These classes are taught by Liz Wilhelm, who is an ACA Certified Kayak Instructor, completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and has been with Blue Waters Kayaking since 2010.

Yoga without the limits of walls….Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is totally suitable and fun for beginners. Even if you’ve never done yoga or been on a board before! Expect to leave feeling strong, centered, and relaxed.
Our day will start with a brief SUP lesson to help those that are new find their way around a paddleboard. We’ll find a good place to anchor and class will flow very much like a regular yoga class. Look forward to getting a little paddling in, a strong yoga practice, and having a great adventure on the water!
